Sanfeng Taiji Quan Lun pt 1

Yi ju dong, zhou shen ju an qin ling, you xu guan chuan
一 举   动,  周   身   俱   安   轻   灵,   尤 须   贯   串。
For every motion you take, you need to keep the whole body light and flexible and move continuously section by section.


Qi yi gu dang, shen yi nei lian.
气   宜   鼓   荡,  神   宜   内   敛。
Primordial Qi field must grow and expand from the inside out, while the spirit should consolidate inward (not scatter).


Wu shi you tu ao chu, wu shi you duan xu chu.
无    使   有   凸   凹   处,  无   使   有   断   续   处。
Each movement should be round and smooth without fragmentation, all movement must be continuous without interruption.


Qi gen zai jiao, fa yu tui, zhu zai yu yao.
其   根 在 脚,   发   于   腿, 主   宰   于 腰。
Jing initiates from the feet as the root, transforms to the leg, and is coordinated by the waist.


Xing yu shou zhi, you jiao er tui er yao, zong xu wan zheng yi qi.
形    于   手   指;   由   脚   而   腿   而   腰,总    须   完   整   一   气。
Jing expresses from the hands and fingers, moving continuously from feet to legs to waist to hands.
