Ginger Scallion Tea

When we meditate we need to apply the three regulations: regulation of body, mind and breath.

With the advent of fall and winter, it is important for people to keep themselves warm.

Should you feel a cold coming on, the following simple tea is a great remedy:

  1. 1 inch fresh ginger, combined with 2 scallions in 2 cups water
  2. bring to a boil and simmer for around 20 minutes.
  3. Add rock sugar or honey to taste.

Bundle yourself up and then drink the tea. When your body begins to sweat, stay bundled up and keep the body warm.

Rest.

Next day you will feel much better!
